Model Number TY-A

AIR/HYDRAULIC (Portable) (C10A) - These power units are operated by air (80-100 psi) which can be supplied by rig/plant/compressor or any other means to provide approx 40 cfm flow. The units are lightweight (65 lbs) and produce up to 10,000 psi (hydraulic) for torque wrench operation or other uses. They are remote controlled (25' lines), with a double air piloted four way valve (for rapid operation), and can be set to provide a stall point (torque) at which the tooling attached will cease operation upon reaching the preset torque point. It comes with the exclusive FLUIDAIRE SYSTEM, which helps prevents freezing or extreme heat buildup in unit. These units come complete with gauge (4"), hose links (25' dual line), and threaded quick connections to match tooling. Includes fluid for 2 gallon reservoir.

Model Number TY-E 

ELECTRIC/HYDRAULIC (Portable) (C10E) - Extremely lightweight (54 lbs), these units operate from either 115 VDC or 220 VDC, 50/60 Hz, and produce up to 10,000 psi (hydraulic) to operate torque wrenches or other uses. Remote controlled (25' line) (w/24 VDC handle for safety), it can be preset to stall upon reaching a desired torque point, whereat the tool stops working. Includes gauge (4"), hose links (25' dual line), and threaded quick connections to match tooling. Complete with fluid for 2 gal reservoir.

HPU-3OGA-5 Power Unit - Hydraulic power unit, air operated.  To provide up to 30 GPM @ 5,000 Psi. Includes remote control unit. May be adjusted to stall at operator preselected pressure. Includes reservoir, air motor, pump, all valves, gauges, filters, fittings, lines, etc. on welded frame w/lifl eyes (or bar). Optional dual unit (w/dual remote controls). Industrial coated in customer choice of colors.

HPU-3OGA-5 Power Unit

HYDRAULIC FLUID FILTER CART-Air operated filter cart for hydraulic fluid. Handles 13-15 GPM during filtering process. Portable hand cart type frame (2 wheel). Twin filter design allows for non-stop filtering process; when one side/filter gets clogged, switch to second side and change filter on primary side. Includes large suction filter and large pressure filter (spin-on types) w/contamination gauges on each filter, check valves, 3-way selection valve, ball valves, regulator, low pressure air treatment center. Industrial coated for offshore/marine use. Heavy duty; may be run for extended periods w/o shut down. Includes time-saving integral storage container for filters, etc.
