Standard Models
HTI's standard hydraulic tensioners are designed to fit most ANSI
and API flanged connections. Our standard tools come in fixed and
variable styles so you can choose the one best suited to your
application. HTI also produces hydraulic nuts that replace standard
heavy hex nuts, while providing all the benefits of bolt tensioning.
Custom Designs
We can work with you to design a tensioning system that will fit
your application when standard models won't. A wide selection of
materials is available to suit specific application environments. In
addition, HTI will help you with your technical questions, and can
design training procedures for your technicians.
Quality Assurance

analysis (FEA), and extensive laboratory and field testing. Our

Fixed Models
Fixed models are compact, simple to use, and are the most
economical. Any number of tools can be interconnected resulting in a
uniform load in each fastener.
Variable Models
Variable models allow the tensioning of several thread sizes or
types of threads using a common hydraulic load cell. Variable models
also have side hydraulic ports, giving them the lowest installed
height.
